Announcement Regarding the 19th Project Fair and Competition

The 19th Project Fair and Competition will be held on May 21, 2026, at the Eskişehir Technical University, School of Foreign Languages Foyer Area. The event will commence at 10:00 AM, and the award-winning students will be announced at 4:00 PM following the jury's evaluations.

Participating students are required to prepare their submission materials in accordance with the sample file templates provided at this link.

• Students must submit their posters to the Department Event Commission members by Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Posters submitted by this deadline will be printed by the Dean’s Office as part of the collective printing process.
• Students who are unable to meet the May 12 deadline or prefer to handle their own printing may do so, provided they adhere to the 60 cm x 90 cm dimensions. These posters must be delivered to the Faculty Secretariat by Monday, May 18, at 12:00 PM.
• The abstract (Word), poster (PDF), and a 2-3 minute promotional video (MP4) must be submitted to the department event commission by Tuesday, May 12, at 5:00 PM. As these files will be forwarded to the jury as a complete set, timely submission is critical.
• Project evaluations will be conducted in three categories: Academic, Industry, and Sustainability.
